I've been bragging about not having any issues with vomiting or anything but the bragging stops today. This morning I got up on a mission to eat more protein so I had 1 boiled egg and 1 strip of bacon. I'm not sure if the vomiting was triggered by me eating too fast or the fact that I realized I had taken 2 bites too many. I knew my pouch was full and just overlooked it and kept going. Soon after I finished I felt the pressure rising in my chest so I made my way to the bathroom. It was a violent vomiting or anything so I was fine. I felt somewhat better after the excess was out. It's like overfilling your gas tank and the pump...overflow.
I weighed in this morning at 222 and I'm wearing a size 14 pants (Lane Bryant...the smallest size they sell)! So I'm definetly losing pounds and inches. My only concerns are my big arms and thighs. They haven't caught up with the rest of my body yet so I need to TONE TONE TONE.
